Are you interested in learning essential, lifesaving first aid skills to help in an emergency? If so, our first aid workshop, run by an experienced British Red Cross educator, might be for you. We will help you to build the confidence and willingness to help someone in an emergency, using everyday objects that you have around. We also show you where to get support if you have an injury or illness, how to use a defibrillator, as well as introducing you to the work that the British Red Cross does in the UK.
