Briony receives a cheque from Rotary President Barbara CursleyMuseum Director Briony Hudson was delighted to be presented with a cheque for £750 from the Rotary Club of Amersham at their meeting on 1 May. Briony gave an after lunch talk titled ‘Behind the Scenes at Amersham Museum’, with Rotary President Barbara Cursley presenting the donation. It will be put towards the running costs of “Anthony” the Mobile Museum, so that the museum team can continue to get out and about to local events, fetes, schools and other organisations, bringing the history of Amersham and the surrounding area beyond the museum’s walls. You can find out more about Anthony here.
