Kick-start your Christmas shopping in style at Amersham Museum’s Christmas Fair! Choose beautiful, handmade Christmas gifts at the museum’s fair, on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd December.

From 10am-4pm you can shop for a wide range of crafts from local makers. There will be stalls selling paintings, cards, ceramics, textiles, floral decorations, jewellery and woodturned objects. There will also be a selection of food producers selling beer, gin, chutneys, pickles and jams and cakes.

There will be carols, sung by the museum’s reminiscence group, each day at 2pm.  We hope that our visitors will join in too!

The museum will be selling festive refreshments and children can get crafty, making their own wonderful Christmas candles and decorations to take home. There will also be a raffle and lucky winners will be able to choose from a selection of beautiful crafts and locally produced food, donated by our stallholders.

There is an entry fee of £3 and children are free. Entry is free to the Friends of Amersham Museum.

“A well-run, informative and interesting small museum on the main street. It’s mostly volunteer-run and they do a great job in keeping it and making you feel welcome…Check out the herb garden too.”

“Enjoyable film and television location guided walk around Amersham hosted by Amersham Museum – here are the Sun Houses on Highover Park and further up the hill is High & Over.”
