Walk – Inns, Breweries and Maltings of Old Amersham
May 3 @ 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Free – £12.00
Join us for our inaugural Inns, Breweries and Maltings walk! Based on new research, this one mile walk around Old Amersham explores the history of its pubs, breweries and maltings. Led by our knowledgeable guides, find out more about current and past hostelries, learn about the Weller family’s extensive brewing empire, and mark the first time we’ve shared the walk with a drink in The Crown at the end of the route (not included in the ticket price).
With thanks to Old Amersham Hotels for their support.
Pre-booking is recommended.
Notes
If you would like to visit the museum on the same day as your walk, this is possible from 12noon before the walk starts, but there is not time after the walk finishes.
If you have queries about accessibility or routes, please get in touch and we would be happy to provide you with detailed information.
Please make sure you have checked details before ordering tickets. It is necessary for the museum to charge a cancellation fee of £1 to cover credit card and administration costs.
