Royal Hospital Book Presentation

The first copy of the museum’s latest book All aboard to Amersham (from Market Town to Metroland) was presented by David Balderson, Chairman of Amersham Bowls Club to Major (Retd) Steve Andrews, Captain of Invalids No 2 Company, during the bowling clubs visit to the Royal Hospital, Chelsea.
The book was presented as a memento of Amersham in thanks for a memorable day which included a tour, a meal and of course a game of bowls!
