Lacemakers at the Museum

We’re delighted to welcome the Lacemakers to the museum again on the afternoon of Sunday 2oth August.
Come and see the traditional craft of lacemaking in action! We will have volunteer lacemakers demonstrating how bobbin lace in made in the Woodcock Room. There will be a chance to give it a go yourself, ask questions, and learn about the history of lacemaking in Amersham. Entrance with normal admission. 12noon to 4:30pm.
