The Absent Voters’ List for 1918 is a valuable source of information about those in the forces in WW1. Anyone who was eligible to vote in 1918 but was absent because of wartime service can be found listed alongside his permanent address, service number, rank and battalion or regiment.
The pdf attached is large so may take time to download. It includes both the Parish of Amersham and the Parish of Coleshill.
